Telecom Bharti Airtel’s operator will not utilize the interest conversion option for the suspended spectrum and AGR contributions into equity, under the reform package, according to the submission of the company by the company on Friday.
Airtel said he had told the telecommunications department about his decision.
“… We want to tell you that the company has confirmed to DOT (Telecom Department) that it will not take advantage of the interest conversion option for deferred spectrum and AGR (adjustable gross income) into equity,” Airtel said in a BSE archiving.
