Fake Hospital With 24×7 Emergency, ICU Services Busted in Gurugram; Doctors, Staff Members Arrested

Gurugram: The joint team of flying troops and the Ministry of Health has damaged a fake hospital in the Bilalaspur area in Gurugram. The hospital, which is being carried out illegally in the Fajilwas village market in Panchgaon-Tawdu Road, also offers emergency services and ICU. According to DSP Inderjeet Yadav from CM flight troops, the attack was carried out based on a tip-off received about medical facilities that were run without a license at Shri Balaji’s eyes and eye care.

His team carried out the attack and damaged the hospital and arrested his operator, Bittu Yadav, a resident of Baghanki Village. The hospital has 14-15 beds, including emergency, general ward, personal ward, ICU, private room, operating theater, pharmacy, and eye examination room, but no valid license from the Ministry of Health, Yadav told the PTI news agency.

The squad detained 10 people, including the hospital operator, and handed it to the police. A pine was registered at the Bilalaspur police station and followed which, the police arrested three and interrogated others.

The team flew accompanied by a team from the Ministry of Health Controller in the attack. During the attack, a man named Sonu Kumar was found to sit in a doctor’s seat with a stethoscope on his neck and there were 10 other staff members, including sanitation and nurses staff, said Yadav.

The team member said when he was asked about it, Sonu could not produce any medical degree. Members told the raid team that the patient was not treated by him but one Dr. Dharmender.

“It is a 24-hour hospital that even offers emergency acceptance. They are suspected of sending without gynecologists and carrying out operations without surgeons.” We submit notes to the local police, “Yadav said.

A FIR has been registered against the defendant under the 420 section (cheating), 336 (acting to endanger the life or personal safety of others) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) and Section 15 (2) B from the Indian Medical Council acting at the Bilalaspur police station.

“We have arrested three men – Bittu Yadav hospital operators, MBBS DOCTOR DHARMENDER, and Sonu’s fake doctor – and questioned others.

“Probes are further active and the actions will be taken according to the law,” said Billaspur Police Station Sho Inspector Vineet Yadav.

The Ministry of Health’s team also seized several drugs and injections used in the treatment of pregnancy and hormones, among many others, without billing or any documentation for their use.
